All photographs, digital files, and related materials created by David Shilale Photography remain the sole and exclusive property of David Shilale Photography.
David Shilale Photography retains full copyright ownership of all images in accordance with U.S. Copyright Law. David Shilale Photography reserves the right to use any image for marketing, advertising, promotional purposes, portfolio display, website, social media, publication, exhibitions, competitions, and professional awards.
The Client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use of the final images, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. No image may be altered, reproduced, sold, or used for commercial purposes by the Client without the prior written consent of David Shilale Photography.
The Client further grants David Shilale Photography and its representatives the irrevocable and unrestricted right to use and publish photographs or images of the Client, in which the Client may be included, for editorial, trade, advertising, educational, and any other lawful purpose and in any manner or medium. The Client releases David Shilale Photography from all claims and liability relating to said images, including any claims for libel or invasion of privacy.
